LATE ARRIVALS

Our appointments are booked for specific time slots, if you arrive late, your services will be modified to your remaining time slot at the full-service price. With respect to other clients who have booked in advance, clients are expected to arrive in a timely manner to avoid cancellation fees and forfeiting their appointment to walk-in clients or clients on our waiting list.

NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS

When an appointment is booked, this time slot has been specifically reserved for the client. Cancellations with less than 48H notice will be charged 50% of the service value. If you no-show without any notice, you will be charged for 100% of the service value.



If you got a “specific coupon” promotion you will lose the appointment and deposit for all future appointments must be paid before any future appointment can be booked.

LASH SERVICES

Please arrive at your lash appointment free of makeup. If you are coming straight from school, work or an event, please arrive 10 minutes early enough to remove your makeup prior to the scheduled start time. If you wear contact lenses, please plan to remove them for your appointment unless you are comfortable leaving them in with your eyes closed for an extended period of time.

BOOKING A COUPON PROMOTION OR GIFT CARDS

Coupons and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Only Gift Card purchased at our location can be transferable.
